INTRODUCTION:
High-speed servo vertical carton erector is designed for high requirements of box , machine adopts electric eye automatic induction, servo control and drive design to ensure four sides of the box can be accurately grabbed and formed by the suction cup ,to make 90 degree in four corner of box, Servo control of the whole storage , Simulation of automatic induction door opening system , Movable gate design to break tradition carton erector defect of scratch the surface of the box when it take box by suction cups , Protect all side of box , suction cup can automatically open the feeding when it grabs the carton , when suction done will closed, no box drop , high efficiency of box forming . horizontal form mechanism to flaps bottom ,fast peed, Better protect of box , even if the box is wrinkled, soft, broken cardboard can be easily formed ,speed is 20 boxes per minute, widely used in food, medicine, beverage, tobacco, daily chemical, electronics and other industries .
