The difference of the machine 

1-The mechanical press is used the cam wheel to get the pressure , to emboss the figure on chocolate ,the force is limits.

2-The embossing pressure of the hydraulic machine is supplied by hydraulic system, individually and can be adjusted for different figure.

3-The mechanical press machine can make the clear figures on chocolate if the chocolate size is not very big or not very deep. But if the chocolate size is too big, the embossing area is also very big , that will reduce the embossing pressure.
