The box packing machine is suitable for packing food, coffee bags, chocolate bars, cube sugar, biscuit,milk powder, detergent powder, bottle, pill blister, toothpaste, cosmetic, ointment, tissue, poker, electronic and daily products etc.
Main performance and functional characteristic
1. Automatically product feeding, opening box, product filling, sealing, cleaning, ect., with
easy operation and reasonable strcture.
2. Easy operation and simple maintainance with servo driver, PLC controller shows friendly
man-machine interface, high automatic.
3. Using Advanced photoelectric sensor tracking system to avoid empty box.
4. Wide packing range; easy adjustment, fast conversion between different specification.
5. Smooth performance and low noise, perfect package appearance, sensible safety device and
no pollution during production.
6. No mould-change needed when changing speficication; PLC automatically shows packing
speed and quantity of finished products.
7. Using collar-style safety cover with easy operation and beautiful appearance according to
clients' requirement.
8. Can be connected with other packing machines to achive full automatic packing line.
9. Automatic feeding product and filling system according to products' specification.
10. Using hot melt glue box packing machine and mechanical brush glue box packing machine
according to clients' requirement.
