This machine is rotary washer, it is mainly used to wash bottle of drink, mineral water and others.
New bottles get into the equipment through star wheel and the bottleneck is clamped and rotary from up to down, then wash it. After it, bottlemouth is upside, finally to filler by exit star wheel.
All the parts connecting to washing material and outside frame are made of stainless steel,

The plate rotates by gear. Caps leaves hoper from cap exit under the action of centrifugal force.
There is a separation device for inverse caps, when inverse caps go through it, they will fall into
back-pipe, and blow into cap feeding hoper by wind.
Caps in the hoper is controlled b photoelectric switch automatically to control cap feeder to ensure a best effect. When caps are into slide way, they will be to cap plate. In case of accident,
inverse cap poking plate is equipped on the slide way to ensure a correct effect. And at the
same time, a couple of photoelectric switches on the slide way, when there is no cap, the
machine will stop.
